Who is Tera?
Our Golden Retriever, Tera, died at 14 and a half years old, you see her in this photo in her last few months. She, like many dogs living in North America, enjoyed a nice life. It was not all easy, she had a lot of health problems, which we took care of without thinking twice. She did her share of volunteer work as a visiting dog in old age homes. I used to call her our angel. After all she had all the best qualities: patient, forgiving, and she had a contagious joy of life attitude. Most of all Tera had an unconditional love for everyone and especially for those in need... be human or animal.
She inspired us to share with those in need.
Tera1.org is launched three years after her death May 21st 2005.
Purpose of Tera1.org
is to...
share photos, stories and videos of our nature oriented trips for others to enjoy,
raise awareness of certain environmental issues, people and animal conditions,
present a positive image of these issues by reporting on the good works of organizations and individuals and
raise awareness of organizations that help environment, people and animals of the places we visit.
